About the role
You will own user acquisition and growth marketing for our mobile puzzle games portfolio. From campaign strategy to creative iteration to ROAS optimization, you will be the engine behind scaling our player base profitably across global markets.
What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, and other paid channels
- Partner with the creative team on ad concepts, briefs, and rapid iteration cycles
- Analyze campaign performance, LTV, ROAS, and retention to identify growth opportunities
- Run creative and audience experiments and turn learnings into a scalable playbook
- Manage budgets and forecast spend across channels and geos
- Collaborate with product, BI, and analytics to align UA with monetization and retention strategy
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile gaming (puzzle or casual a strong plus)
- Proven track record scaling profitable campaigns on at least two major ad networks
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and MMP data (AppsFlyer/Adjust)
- Creative intuition — you can brief, evaluate, and iterate on performance ads
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and bias for action
Nice to have
- Experience with SKAdNetwork, AEM, and post-ATT measurement
- Familiarity with incrementality testing and media mix modeling
- Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams
