UX/UI – Role Overview

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the full design cycle, from gathering inspiration to crafting pixel-perfect UI across all states and user flows, ensuring seamless handoff to development. You will design engaging and intuitive user experiences for our games, focusing on usability, accessibility, and player enjoyment.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, developers, and the Art team to create visually appealing and functional designs that enhance gameplay. Your role will involve designing fun, playful, and cohesive UI for new features while brainstorming innovative ideas with the Art team to strengthen our games' visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for various game features.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging player experience through intuitive and visually compelling UI.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, developers, and artists to refine and implement designs.
• Maintain consistency in design across different platforms, devices, and game states.
• Research industry trends, player behavior, and best practices to drive innovative UI solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Art team to develop new UI concepts and enhance visual storytelling.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in UI\UX and interactive design, Experience working in the gaming industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop.
• Strong artistic skills, creativity, design, illustration, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, quick decision making within tight schedules, without sacrificing quality.
• Desire to learn new things and focus on solving complex product problems.
• Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details.
• A creative team player with good communication skills.
• Proficiency in incorporating AI tools into your workflows - advantage
