Job Description:
As the Marketing & Monetization Team Leader at PlaySpark, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our games through strategic marketing initiatives and effective monetization strategies. You will lead a team of talented professionals to develop and execute innovative campaigns, optimize user acquisition and retention efforts, and maximize revenue generation opportunities across our gaming portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, user acquisition managers, and monetization analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment focused on achieving business objectives.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention, leveraging a mix of channels, including digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
- User Acquisition: Oversee user acquisition efforts across various platforms, optimizing campaign performance, targeting strategies, and budget allocation to drive high-quality installs and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Retention & Engagement:Implement retention strategies and engagement initiatives to enhance player loyalty, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value (LTV), leveraging data-driven insights and personalized experiences to nurture long-term relationships with our players.
- Monetization Optimization: Develop and execute monetization strategies, including in-app purchases, advertising, subscriptions, and other revenue streams, optimizing pricing, ad placements, and conversion funnels to maximize revenue generation while maintaining a positive player experience.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor marketing and monetization performance, analyze player behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge in the gaming market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, game design, and analytics teams to align marketing and monetization strategies with product roadmaps, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to driving player engagement and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, user acquisition, or monetization roles within the gaming or tech industry, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, user acquisition strategies, and monetization models, with a focus on driving ROI and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing and monetization performance.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Team Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts for the launch of our upcoming mobile game. As a crucial member of our team, you will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to ensure the success of our game launch.
Responsibilities:
- Full Game Launch Cycle: Lead the marketing efforts throughout the entire game launch cycle, from prototyping to soft launch to global release.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan tailored to the unique aspects of our mobile game, encompassing brand development, user acquisition (UA), and retention strategies.
- Wide Range of Expertise: Utilize your diverse expertise in various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, media buying, and working with ad networks, to effectively promote the game and maximize user engagement.
- UA Optimization: Drive user acquisition initiatives, leveraging your understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on ad spend (ROAS) metrics to optimize UA campaigns and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Creative Testing: Oversee the creative testing process, collaborating with the creative team to develop and test various ad creatives and messaging to identify top-performing assets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment conducive to achieving our marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of marketing and UA channels, including social media, media buying, and working with ad networks.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs, particularly as they relate to UA optimization and ROAS.
- Experience in developing and executing mobile game marketing plans, including brand development and creative testing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
